Yesterday we found half a dozen of these beauties on the fennel. We've seen them once before. Anyone know what they will turn into?

If you get Swallowtail butterflies where you are then that would be my guess.

Yes. Had them once but then had such a cold winter we never saw them again tho I planted fennel every year, just in case.

Yes definitely get swallowtails around here. Have seen two in the garden in last couple of days. Thank you

???? I am sure I put up a suggestion earlier saying that I thought it was the caterpillar of the "Large White" butterfly but it seems to have disappeared ?????
