Right, ive tested these  buggers and there just big enough for a Breakfast snack, their tasty hot or cold but get the tupperware box out as they are a tad fragile unless you like things messy  !!!!!!

Ingredients

1 block of short crust pastry
mushrooms
bacon
sausages
black pudding
Tomatoes
Grated Cheese
2 eggs
150ml milk
splash of single cream (optional)
salt&pepper

5 inch quiche tin with removeable base

mix milk/eggs and seasoning (cream optional) and let stand.

Roll out pastry to about 5mm thickness, use tin as template, cut around 2ins around edge, just enough to cover over sides of tin as it will shrink slightly when cooked....trim off to fit.

Precook quiche contents and cut up small...(not tomatoes)

heat oven to 180 degrees.

Butter tins well and cut parchment paper to fit,now add dried peas/rice and blind bake for 10 mins.

Remove rice and parchment paper and return pastry to oven for a further 5 mins.

Assemble contents in pastry cases "how you like"

sprinkle grated cheese over.

Pore milk/egg mixture over pastry case to top.

Place in top of oven for 15 mins.

Serve with beans for brekky,or let cool and munch on during the day...wrap in foil and reheat "if you havent scoffed em already".

Enjoy  !!!!!!!!!!
