Wilkos Bargains
« on: June 09, 2012, 21:01:11 »
Popped in to Wilkos to get some kitchen stuff.
Had a look at the gardening stuff and was surprised to some of their gardening stuff already with 75% off.

I got a 3m cloche that I will put away until the autumn, and one of those small tomato greenhouses that I will use to give a few of my patio plants a bit more warmth, probably a pepper and a cucumber.

Got both of these for less than a fiver.

If there's nothing wrong with me, maybe there's something wrong with the universe!

I went to my local Wilkos (Bedford) yesterday.  They only had their usual 40p off here £1 off there.  No bargains to be had.   :-\  :(

Still, I got 43p of a pack of slug pellets, which are defiantly needed! ;D

I was changing trains in Aldershot, so had a wonder into Wilkos there, a bin of seeds at 75% off but that was all.

Popped into mt wilkos, very little reduced,Did get New cover for for little greenhouse ,and some fibre pots, but nothing else reduced yet. I always found ,when they start back to school (before they even break up  ::) ) they need more shelf space so it gets knocked down then.

can posters tell us where their store was in re. to the 75% sale. i looked into 3 stores in Nott'm and nothing was on sale. I think the sales might have been put on due to the location where stock levels are too high for that given area..
