I have organised a sunflower growing competition for our newly formed association and the seeds will be handed out tonight . I need to set a date in the diary for the judging but I'm unsure on the time they take to flower. It's not a serious competition, just a bit of fun to get people together.
So if anyone knows the time from germination to flowering for the Russian giant variety that would be great.
