Zumba-stic
« on: March 14, 2011, 15:33:30 »
Well after spending 5 hours digging over the weekend I was a bit worried about doing my class at lunchtime but after an hour of total humiliation - my stiff legs and arms are now in shock but at least I can honestly say that I have stopped walking like Marty feldman... recommend to all. ???

Hi gadget, love Zumba and have been doing it for a couple of years now, have noticed that quite a few classes seem to be springing up around our way recently  :)

Hi Lottiedolly (love that name),

I know what you mean, there is about 4 classes just started near me, never been much of a dancer but just loving it,  saw Argentinian tango classes in the paper, mentioned it to my other half who then spent the next 20 minutes trying to get a grip on himself, I did ask him if it was a no then, and that set him off again.... so I'm going to stick to Zumba an my allotment for the time being. 8)

Argentinian tango

I've always fancied doing that, they say it is doing something perpendicular that is more suited to be done horizontally ;D

They were doing free Tango lessons at the Latitude festival we went to a couplke of years ago, and we saw Keith Allen taking part...... ;D 8)
If it's not pouring with rain, I'm either in the garden or at the lottie! Probably still there in the rain as well TBH....🥴
