I thought I'd give this recipe a go, and blended my courgette (instead of grating). I'm now worried that I shouldn't have used the 'core' of the courgette, as it seems very watery. Is this normal, or should I give it a squeeze in a tea towel?I know this is an old topic, I'm just hoping someone remembers!
In the absence of a quick reply, in case anyone wants to know,I went ahead with the shallow tin and it was fine.
