Hotmail are launching regional i.e. .co.uk e-mail addresses.
They have not advertised this yet, but you can now register them by using a specific method.
* Head over to Hotmail
* Enter anything@hotmail.co.uk (this will not be your email address yet) and any password, click "Sign in"
* Click "Register with .NET Passport" on the login failiure page
* Complete the form, making sure you choose United Kingdom for the country and you have yourself a nice new hotmail.co.uk address

Where it says 'anything' it means the new name you would like to use.
