AGM
« on: March 31, 2010, 20:48:58 »
I have just taken over as secretary of my local allotment association
and am at present updating the constitution. It is my understanding
that a AGM, although a good idea it is now not a requirement.
Can anybody clarify.

I don't know, but I'd raise cain if we didn't have one! Not only is it the obvious time to elect the committee, it's an ideal occasion for the membership to raise issues with the committee as a whole.
