due to being quite ill this week, we've been eating various soups made from plot stuff,
leek and potato, pea and ham, veggie, celery and chicken noodle..feel much better  ;D

Just had a great sausage casserole... with potato wedges and a three bean and chilli sauce (Top of the Pole, Barlotti and Cheroke!)  :)

Great meal today.  Salmon with carrots, sprouts, romanesco broccoli, really dark green parsley sauce.  Was hoping to have enough veg to last until Christmas but looks like that target will be easy.  Earlier on I had my own baked beans.

Haven't eaten it yet... but just processed another 5lbs of Tomato slop, made pumpkin and Sweet potato soup, preparing veg for Beef Casserole, carrots, spuds, cabbage...  :)

THe mash and the onion gravy for todays toad in the hole, tomorrows stir fry will have pak choi, celeriac, radishes, spring onions, carrots and onions I grew, then Tuesday we're planning on having leek and potato soup, leeks, onions and potatos all home grown.... I might well try to sneak a squash into the soup as well.....

just about to sit down to roast desiree spuds, parsnips, sprouts, squash and kale with a nice onion gravy.  Only the pork is from the shop..
and boy am I hungry  ;D

Roast pork with parsnips,celeriac,butternut squash and desiree potatoes and the left over pork is in the slow cooker with more of the veg (not potato)some frozen sauce made from our toms ,chilli and garlic spiced with curry.Roll on tommorrow :)
