a few questions

This is my first harvest time :) so i have a few questions

right now i am picking my potatoes as i need them is that the correct thing to do or do i need to take them all up and store them.

carrots are great! and im wondering the same thing about these and how to store them.

what type of things do you eat marrows in?

onions...how to dry them out? and store

and lastly what can i start planting now and when do we do the over wintering cabbages carrots ect

Working backwards... overwinter stuff, now
Onions anywhere dry and light... see thread about greenhouses, I put them on the window ledge of the "big" greenhouse
Carrots in old dry ish compost or sand in buckets
Potatoes either but could get blight or slugged if left in too long...  :)
