Please can anyone help, Can you tell me when i boil or steam my
charlotte pots why so does some of the skin come off? Also has
anybody grown Belle de Fontenay and was they the same,

It sounds like you're overcooking them. I tried Belle de Fontenay last year, but everything was so waterlogged they rotted in the ground. Not a fair trial!

If the tops have not died off or cut back and the spuds left for a couple of weeks then the skins will not of hardened off.
