Marrow storage?
« on: July 19, 2009, 10:50:36 »
I've got a glut of marrows... how long will they store and what should I do with them?  Not really into making preserves or jams, would just like to keep them whole.  ???

I fyou can get them into a sunny greenhouse that can "cure" the skin and they will last longer...  :)

I put mine on a shelf in the conseratory to help cure/ripen them.  I reckon anywhere that is dry, well-ventilated and relatively warm is good enough.
