Here is a couple of pictures of our puppy Winnie.
First is eight weeks and the next is six months old.

Is she getting bigger or are my eyes deceiving me? ;)

Got them back now to put some tread on them

She's beautiful, and no, your eyes aren't deceiving you!

Is that some paper she is holding in the second photo?  One of my dogs loves shredding paper.

No, It is a gadening glove. I also give her old shoes and socks. This saves the new clothing and furniture from getting chewed.

Oh dear Landimad. What a lovely dog.

Here's a picture of mine. She was born 1998, and I know I shall lose her before too long. But your photo touches me.........lovely dog.

Great looking dog, must admit I am a gun dog man myself, but each to their own.
I am happy that any pet which looks happy is a tonic for those who keep them.

Beautiful dog. I just love Labradors Had two lovely golden labs. My late husband was wheel chair bound and we thought a Labrador might be too boisterous so this is what we landed up with. Elsa is 10 in September.

What a beautiful dog - she certainly doesn't look her age.  I like the way the photo is taken - if I got down low enough to do that with my dogs they would come and lick my face.  Yours is obviously much better behaved than mine are! (they are 10 and 12 years old)

Lorna,
A person after me wifes heart. She has a yearning for the king charles.
Lovely little dogs for the people that love them.
I have had Rotties, English bull Terrier and even Jack Russells.
The best hound that I had was a Cairn Terrier who left for the dog kennel in the sky many years ago. Faithful as hell and would not leave me side for nowt.
I think all animals are the best cure for people with an illness of any kind.
The breed is not the problem it is always the owners.
Dogs live in the now and cannot be held responsible for the owners lack of training.
A dog can turn at a moments notice. They can become wild again without a hint of a sign.
I know from experience with a chocolate Lab. He was adopted by me after 18 months in a kennel. He was fine with the family for the fisrt week and then BANG.
He changed by trying to mount my daughter and trying to bite my son. He did not get the son due to my hand getting in the way. He sunk his teeth in my hand and I had to go to A&E for a stab and dressing. He was given the chance and went off to Kent, to a refuge for problem dogs. I hope that he finds this place more to his liking as the home life was perhaps too quiet for him. Even after all the power walks I gave him and food that he consumed. What a big boy he was though.
Such a shame I would have loved to complete his training.

Nice looking dog Tim.
landimad. If I was to put food that near to Elsa's nose even when she is snoring she would be up in a flash, (with no sign of her Arthritis :))

Lovely dog
When I get old I don't want people thinking
"What a sweet little old lady"........
                             I want em saying
"Oh Crap! Whats she up to now ?"

Thanks,
But we still get the odd accident in the kitchen which is not to the families liking in odours that we would buy off the shelf. ;D
She is but a pup and have to train her in this area.
Maybe she will flush the toilet with enough training. ;D
