barley bread

Has anyone got a recipe for barley bread? i had one using crushed barley (like oats) but i seem to have lost it ,

I found two sorts by putting  BARLEY BREAD RECIPE in the search engine.

One seems to be all American cups which I can never follow any way. There is a completely different one on the BBC

   I didn't know America cups were a different size though I heard the gallon is different. Might explain my "interesting" cooking results ;D
The handle on your recliner does not qualify as an exercise machine.
