Topic: Salads being eaten by something??

My salads have been fine up until today and all of a sudden they are being eaten by these small beetle things. Any ideas what they are and how do I prevent them? They have eaten everything today and there are loads of them - what can I do to prevent them?

Could be the Flea beetle
