Sign Of The Times
« on: May 19, 2009, 19:19:35 »
The guy on the allotment next to mine has been stealing the manure that I had to pay for so next time he visits he'll find this........................

I wouldn't mind so much but this is his allotment.....

And here is where he hid my manure....

Amd that from a guy who made the Guinness book of world records for growing the worlds biggest cabbage.

Maybe thats all he intends to do with the plot? Grow one massive vegetable on a pile of poo, and get himself in the local paper again  ???

As a rule he spend five days a year on his plot, one day strimming it, one day spreading manure, one rotivating and two planting up, anything the guy grows is just left in the ground until the following year until he starts again.

What makes matter worse is that he has actually stollen a half plot at the side of his and the council won't do anything about it.

If he had been on our allotments and started stealing anything his lease would have been cancelled there and then and he would be given 7days to appeal but would have not been allowed back on to the allotments till his appeal was heard stealing from other allotment holders is something we do not stand for in any shape or form and should be dealt with as soon as possible if he has stolen manure what next is he going to steal.
