Healthy cobbler recipe
«

I have now posted a very low fat, low sugar recipe for fruit cobblers on my website at
http://www.growyourown.info/page156.html
Now that we are into the fruit season with Rhubarb on the go, and other soft fruit still in the freezer, you may find it useful. I have some (too much!) every night.
It is well worth adding Sweet Cicely as it reduces the acidity.

Thank you for posting that, it sounds really good and as a diabetic myself, I'm always on the lookout for tasty pudding recipes. Thanks again. :)
