Great for ladies at 'that time of the month/pregnancy'.

Our rapsberries are growing  like crazy, so I'm collecting and drying raspberry leaves (really young ones) to dry and store, and use for the young girls when they get cramps. (Hopefully none of us are pregnant and in need of them to help ease childbirth!)

A simple tea (without milk) of 1-2 teaspoon in hot water, left to steep; sweetened with a little honey if required. Healthy and tasty!

Boiling water poured onto crushed mint and some sugar is terrific for indigestion or a hangover...... and a refreshing summer drink when chilled.
