Do you know what variety it is?

Definitely brightened my day - I was off sick yesterday and still feeling snuffly. poor little me!

That's so, so pretty EJ.  Lucky you.  All I've got in my garden at the mo is some sage, PFA foliage and thistles.

Amazingly I found the label as it was a gift from a Cornish chum.  'Tis called Aquilegia chrysantha 'Yellow Queen'.

I was hoping it might be that one as I've got seedlings of it. I can't wait to see them flower next year (for some reason I almost typed "tomorrow" then - wishful thinking!)
