- Ham Koftas (left-over Xmas Ham) - Fettucine - 'Bol' sauce with well browned Onions. And Soya Beans.

Hi Tim do you grow your own or have you tried growing soya beans? Would be interested to hear about it of you have! I've looked at packets on-line but have way to much new stuff to try this year, so will have to wait and see....

No, bought in - Daughter thought they would be nice but rejected them. We like them!

Thanks anyway Tim, if I remember right Yottam Otten (whatsit) does a great sounding dish with them, have yet to try it but looks good.

soya would be a great thing to grow at home as so much of it is GM.
