Is that for the first three months though and then it goes up?
It is part of BT, so should be fine. I am not sure how much you have to pay for their support line, a good idea to find that out as it can become costly if you need to contact them.

They used to have a very bad name :(
I've been using o2 for the last couple of years with no problems, if you use o2 mobile then you get a discount.

Been with plusnet for some years now & have been extremely satisfied. Not heard of this deal, I pay £14.67/month for 2 gigs.
Plusnet are high on customer satisfaction tables.
