Think you are doing great Sinbad. I gave up 7 years ago. Had my last ciggie the week my dad died. I still really want a smoke when i smell other people smoke but consent myself with a really big sniff lol. It's not easy but keep on going.  ;)

When I get old I don't want people thinking

                             I want em saying
"Oh Crap! Whats she up to now ?"

Oh Shirl, been dying to tell you all day I HAD THE DREAM ;D ;D ;D

Really odd though as when I woke up I felt really guilty just as though I had smoked  knowing in my dream I shouldn't have been.  I did smoke just the one though as couldn't miss the opportunity ;D ;D

Apart from the dream I am still on par although very hard today felt like day one all over again.  Hope you fared better today Tony.

Thanks saddad.

Tony, did food taste different to you?  I ask as everything tastes so strong and horrible and I never realised just how much salt I put on everything.

Glad you had a good day today.

I thought I was a good cook but maybe I might change my mind ;D ;D ;D

Mind, the fresh cream cakes do taste good, so not all is lost.  Two cream slices waiting for me in the fridge.

Feels like hell since I opened my eyes this morning at 6am.  But I have to be honest and say I have loads of horrible things going on in my life at the moment and yet as much as I want a puff, I wont give in tonight at least:)))  Bed and my dreams are calling me, I dreamt of smoking last night again, no guilt though ;D ;D ;D

Hope you are doing well tony, how long now and what patches are you on?

Day 15 for me.

Thank you betula for your kind words, I do hope I can achieve this.

Tony do you feel pleased with yourself, or have I got to wait a while for that?  Like next year ;D ;D ;D

I have to admit going to stand by some people lighting up outside the supermarket:)

I think you've done brill Tony, an inspiration to me.

As I hate to be a moaner but I seem to do it so well, thought I'd get in quick and say today feels easier :)

I've had my porridge and twenty mint humbugs, been for a walk with Sam and now off to soak in the bath.

Yep. today feels a positive day ;D ;D
