Love it tony, that really made me laugh ;D ;D ;D

Thanks froglegs for your encouragement, I wish I had 20 years under my belt.  I remember No6 kingsize well, I too smoked them, well I had a try of most cigarettes as when a teenager I worked for a wholesale tobacconist and confectioners.

If you getting bad, go back to doctor / nurse whoever, ask for help, it's what they there for. ;)

Keep going lads you can do it. I found the same thing with the salt Sinbad. I stopped using it in cooking altogether and put it on my food at the table if i need it. It's amazing how cream cakes do suddenly taste nicer too. Although i don't need much tempting lol.
Get all the help you can Sinbad after all the NHS want you to give up smoking for good too.   :) :)

Thank you Tony and Busy Bee for your encouragement.

After yesterdays' whinge today had to be better :)

I do realise when I give into myself like I did yesterday it is only me who can get me out of it, so felt better walking along the street today saying give us a f*g. Well if I'm going to crack I might as well do it big time  ;D ;D ;D

Just remember that you feel bad cos your bodies having to repair all the harm that the weeds have done. Try to take deep breaths as if you're having a good drag on a cig. It worked for me

Well, tony how has today been for you?  Easy I hope.

I have been out for most of today so it's been much easier for me. and as the snow and sludge have disappeared from round here I have got plenty of get up and go, so much so I thought about buying some Lycras and going cycling......................I think I might be getting delusional now, is this the next stage us non smokers go through  ;D ;D ;D

It's just a bit of correspondence and printing, email other members to remind of meeting, send email agenda, they can print their own, then. etc. should be interesting.
busy day at college today, microscopy lecture / practical this a.m. then apple pruning this p.m. in the drizzle.
well,, that's another full week of no fags, it's getting to be too many days now to think about starting counting again!
you right about the after - meal moment, though, I go and wash up the dishes, keeps me hands occupied  ;D

I've often thought of kicking bacca into touch and rolling a few from DIY compo bags. Then I worked out how much that would cost and went back to rolling pure poison!
