your courgettes turn into marrows!! :o


But theres a lot to pick in just 10 mins! ;D Looks like my non gardening sister didn't manage to get down to the plot in my absence! Will have fun getting more tomorrow, hope my freezer is big enough! ;D

Welcome back DP.  Some fine looking veg there tho.  Going to keep you busy for the next few days, better thank doing all that post holiday washing and ironing huh!

Mr Pinks did the washing for me! ;D Am now looking up lots of marrow recipes ;D I need a bigger freezer :o

I love that recipe Gavin posted, the grated courgette, egg, cheese, YUM!  Wonder if butch courgettes could be used???  Marrow and ginger jam is a firm fave at the moment with my lot.  Won't eat marrow as a veg, but like it as a brekky!

 Am going to make some Marrow and ginger jam for me Mum, she loves the stuff!
