My sprouts got eaten by plack fly some months back and i have grown a few more in the greenhouse.I want to plant them outthere's only three is there any way of protecting them from the pesky flies oh and slugs as we have huge ones in the garden apart from spraying with bugs gone.

You can protect them with fine mesh netting.  You can also keep  rhubarb leaves (if you have any left),  to ferment in water for a few weeks,  then water over the brassicas.  It is apparently a great insecticide.
