Topic: Help: Marinated Garlic

Do you marinade garlic?

Have you ever seen the olive trollys at food fairs, or in markets?  I have a desire to preserve some of my home grown garlic!!  ;D

They need to turn out crisp!!  And be done in oil and herbs but I have no idea of the mix!!
