lawn and clover
« on: July 14, 2008, 16:18:32 »
My lawn is mostly white clover and I notice some of my neibours are as well.   Is there any treatment for it?

Mine is aswell but i quite like it, and it stays greener during the hot weather. I never water the lawn as im on a meter and its too wastefull for just keeping grass green, but the clover looks great, and is soft underfoot. Why not learn to love it and welcome it in! The bees will thank you for it.

I'm with David & would leave it. But then I like moss in lawns too. If you want to reduce it, a bit of a feed will help the grass to outcompete the clover
