too late to sow sweetcorn?

my sweetcorn is a couple of inches high but not looking at all healthy - am I too late to sow more?

no still have lots of time,sow indoors if poss.
or in greenhouse.for best results

Start them in pots (home made newspaper ones are what I use now) or trays - greenhouse or indoors, either way the main thing is to stop creatures running off with your newly planted seeds.
