for fixing without drilling try no more nails or a b&q/homebase own brand - i swear by it - usually at it as well when i get it all over my hands or cloths - use it for sticking everything - plastic vent for cooker hood to wall, skirting board to wall - bits of bricks to bricks etc etc - try it some where you wont see it as much to start with and see if it works.

I have 4 steel bars lying on my shed roof.  String is tied to the end of each with a loop on the other end.  The guttering is then passed through the loops, shortening as required to a slight tilt for water to run into the barrel.
All you do and all you see is all your life will ever be

Hi Pete10, I don't know if this will do the job, but I saw this being demonstrated at the Malvern show last weekend.

I've been wondering why no-one made guttering for polytunnels. Such an obvious idea.

ive used it to fix on a ventilation flat to an outside wall and rather than drilling a wall to fix ties to i used globs of no more nails and pushed fence staples into it - its still there 12 months on so i think it should
