Can anyone tell where to find the post with instructions how to make labels from milk cartons?  If anyone could do a picture  that would be very welcome.

That goes back a long way. Cut the smooth middle out of a 2Ltr plastic milk bottle then cut that into triangles

I have thousands of pieces of plastic venetian blind slats, kindly destroyed by my son's neurotic dog.
They are about 1" wide and vary in length from a few inches to around 18 inches, and are slightly curved. Only about 1/2mm thick, but sort of semi-rigid, do you think they would be man enough as plant labels?
Grow your own and enjoy the fruits of your labours,
Regards Alan.

You could try it Quizz....you'll need a glass writing pen. If the blinds are highly glossed try to sandpaper a bit in case the pen doesn't 'take'.

I was born with nothing and have most of it left.
