October Fuchsias

Here are just a few of the Fuchsias blooming in my garden today. :) G x
This is Lottie Hobby. Tiny flowers about 1cm long and lovely round black fruits.
Lady Boothy. It is not a climbing Fuchsia as billed but it has grown to about 6-7 feet tall. :)
Carmel Blue.
Circus Spangles
...and again
...and again!

Thanks both. :) Sorry Manics but I have no idea. I've not heard of Fuchsias spreading like that but anything's possible I guess. Mine are in pots on concrete so no danger of them escaping here. ;D

Lovely Georgie, I remember when you bought Lady Boothby. I have made a note of Lady Boothby, Swingtime and Circus Spangles that I intend to buy next year. OK so I am a "copy cat" but they really appeal to me :) Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Lorna. Swingtime has finished flowering now but it has wonderful 'hips' on it, a beautiful plum colour. I've taken lots of Fuchsia cuttings so before you buy next year remind me of what you'd like in case I have any spares. :)
Come on Ken, I've shown you mine! ;D

Many thanks Georgie. I actually made a note of swingtime some time ago, I added the others yesterday when I saw your photos. Do you over winter them in a greenhouse? Heated or unheated?

They are all in my unheated greenhouse Lorna. I'm not sure how the less hardy ones will fair but they have two options. ;D

Beautiful photos Georgie :) I love fuchsias, they seem to be going on and on this year. Here are a few of my hardy ones. Lost the label for the blue one so if anyone recognises it, please let me know :)

I used to have Carmel Blue Georgie, but I have a feeling it is not a hardy one. Will look it up in my fuchsia book :)

My book of fuchsias does not say whether Carmel Blue is hardy or not G but I looked on this web site of hardy fuchsias and it is not mentioned.
