« on: September 04, 2007, 12:17:27 »
Hi, Can any of the experts tell me the name of a runner bean that has blue seeds then turn to black when dry please, as I would like to buy some, my Father gave me some of this seed many years ago, and I would like to grow again next year, cannot ask him as he died five years ago, Thank's.

Hi Petengade and welcome.
I'm sorry I can't help you on this answer but the more experienced gardeners will be along later, I'm sure

Saddad, seed was nearly purple turning to black when dry, and beans were very long before the seed began to form.
