Ornamental black pepper
«

I was visiting a garden recently and was very struck by a plant labelled simply 'ornamental black pepper'. Fortunately for me some of the ripe fruits, which are indeed black but round rather than pepper-shaped, sought refuge in my pocket. ;) Anyway I now have about 30 seeds and I wondered whether I should plant them now or wait 'til March. Any ideas?

No idea really on planting, but I would think that you should wait until next year for Peppers as they like the heat, a cold snap could finish them off.
Errrrr, sought refuge???? You naughty girl you ;) ;) ;)
