Depends on how sheltered it is where you are and when you usually get your last frosts.. I'm in Manchester, and I'd risk it, but I'd perhaps make sure I had a plastic cloche/fleece/etc on hand in case a frost were forecast.

No, much too early.  Wait for another couple of weeks at least.  We do live in Scotland and can get Frost at any time until the end of May.

Would not plant them out here either. We get frost any time up to the end of May (and even into July once!).
Gardening is the great leveller.

I've known snow in June, and the first frost of 'winter' in late August.

Funny stuff, all this weather!!

To risk, or not to risk, that is the question?

The recent warm weather has certainly been tempting to plant stuff out, and must admit to having succumbed with a few things.  Have planted out a wigwam of runner beans, in a sheltered spot, very close to the house so it can be fleeced up at the first possibility of a whiff of a frost.

I think the best advice is, by all means plant stuff out, BUT, keep an eye on the local weather forecast.  If there is even the remotest possibility of frost, cover up.

Yet another couple of cliches - you win some, you lose some, but nothing ventured nothing gained, just about sums up this time of year!!
