hi i'm a newbie and have just put up my greenhouse. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get plans to build my own staging

I'm in the same position  ;)
Just do a google and copy the staging that you like.
One thing i will be doing is to have a tub resting in a hole in the staging so it lies flush, fill that with compost and then i will be able to do my potting in it. I will also make a lid for it so i can grow some seedlings on top. :)

Make it "L" shaped so that one end of it goes halfway across the back of the greenhouse. You'll appreciate the extra room for "just a few more plants". Or at least make a detachable part at that end, that can be removed when your toms and cues go in.
