Trying to reinstall AOL but this massage keeps coming up
"registry value key=softwhere\globespanvirate\adsl value=language"
I have not a clue what this means how about you.

Check in Add/Remove for any reference to modem or its drivers,if so,remove. Also check Device Manager for any references to modem and install them. Restart PC and try reinstalling AOL again.

Was the AOL reinstall because of a problem ?

sorry,in Device Manager should have said 'uninstall'
