Is this your first time using bags standing on end Tim?
You sure work fast, not long ago you were talking about doing it this way and now it looks all ready to go.
Actually, it looks so nice and tidy, why bother planting anything in them hehehe.

This is why I was asking you, Ina, about the capacity of your bags. These are only 1/2 bags - but they are 19l each. So we'll see.  Next year I want to try Westlands' Instant Planters - 60l each. Good reports on them. = Tim

But Tim, why 60 liters next year? Are you planning to put in more than one plant per bag?

That was the idea - back to the usual 2 per bag - without the hassle of cutting things in half, like this time, or using a whole 38l bag on end for one plant. But I'm still most interested in this 'depth' idea. So, we'll see. = Tim
