a pair of waterproof fishing dungarees comes in handy for frost-wading ::)

It's not quite that bad here, but I have had to dig up the sweet potatoes in the hot box. Half a carrier bagful... and strip the last toms and chillies from the polytunnel..

hey saddad we did the g'house strip yesterday and two of the toms are still flowering so we left em :o ::)

There was still a bit of frost on the plot when I got there after lunch, nothing like yours, and everything frost-sensitive was obviously flopping. So I spent the afternoon clearing up.
