I started a thread some time ago about growing peas in raised beds and wondered whether veering from the accepted method of growing would prove unsuccessful.
With encouragement from Supersprout and advice from other parties I can now proudly announce that said peas are doing pretty well (although I'm beginning to wonder whether I should offer them some form of support).
How are yours SS?

Thrilled to hear your peas are doing well in their bed pete :), and yes, if you can give them support they will do much better. I found this thread very helpful:

Very envious, my first earlies have only just peeked out of the soil. Haven't tried autumn sowing of peas yet, will do this year for sure ::)
