Just to remind you of the varieties that save you the hassle of bending leaves over the curds? And the leaves rot!!

You don't expect the growers to do it, do you?

Wish I could - these are not mine, but the Coop's. Catalogues lay claim to 'enfolding leaves' or somesuch. Worth a thought?
