Patience is a Virtue
« on: November 04, 2005, 13:58:59 »
Spoke to my local lotty representative and they have no lotties available at the moment :'( but I have put my name on their waiting list and they may have some available in March if the people with untidy lotties don't clean up their act and at least I know where they are now.

So I consoled myself by purchasing both Kitchen Gardener and Grow Your Own, which was a really bad idea, because now I want plant and harvest lots of other things like chestnuts and cobnuts and plums and honey (KG had an article on keeping bees) and so on and so on.

I just have no patience at all ::) :)

It must be really frustrating JW, but spend time planning and dreaming....oh OK, I know, would drive me barmy too. But this time next year, you'll have shed loads of veg and a big grin, seems long way off, but blink and you'll be there, planting your seeds and harvesting your spoils...good planning!
Lottie  ;D
