Covering lawns
« on: November 03, 2005, 18:32:33 »
How long will the grass begin to yellow if i cover it with a black plastic sheet??

Bonfire night on Saturday and the lawn is where people will be walking so im going to cover it, i was going to do it just on the day but the rain is beginning to get worse so not sure if i should cover it now and leave the ground below to dry out a bit.

But dont want it going yellow, the lawn will be reuncovered on Saturday night or Sunday morning for the first light of Sunday.

Cheers, Adam.

It wont yellow for at least 5 or 6 days, especially this time of year.
