Chilean Wine Palm leaf

Seems to be ok as the bad bit is moving upwards and I think there was another thread about it but can`t find!!!

Anyone know the cause of this on a leaf?

Well it is in kitchen window facing NE so I guess it only gets the sun for about 3 hrs in am. hasnt happened for a while a the "burn" is now nearly at the top of the leaf. Will keep an eye on it but figured it needs a certain amount of sun and or light?
