Global warming? Here we are in the middle of June and I was taken into hospital on Friday with...
pneumonia.
Allowed home today under strict supervision/ medication, etc.
...global warming...pah!...mutter...grumble...time for me pills...

Dry and chilly, that's about the size of it. The bees are now eating their way through the honey they were storing a few weeks ago.

ahhhh lovely lovely rain. Rained all morning here so plants looking much happier. However been to the lotty and the soil is already drying out again and was bone dry after 3 inches down.......

My soil still looked dry yesterday after several hours of light rain. It was a start though, about 1/4 inch judging by what was in the bottom of a bucket.

a very light rain yesterday...did nothing at all...just like squirting it with a water pistol...didn't even penetrate the top layer.

i was right Loads of weeds !
still my onions and shallots are looking good :) Planted runner beans plants yesterday ,hope rabbits don't like them :(
must get the fence sorted out
