Global warming? Here we are in the middle of June and I was taken into hospital on Friday with...

pneumonia.

Allowed home today under strict supervision/ medication, etc.

...global warming...pah!...mutter...grumble...time for me pills...

Dry and chilly, that's about the size of it. The bees are now eating their way through the honey they were storing a few weeks ago.

My soil still looked dry yesterday after several hours of light rain. It was a start though, about 1/4 inch judging by what was in the bottom of a bucket.

a very light rain yesterday...did nothing at all...just like squirting it with a water pistol...didn't even penetrate the top layer.
