Gloves ,gloves and more gloves.

A man with a bulldozer, a lot of grit for paths and beams or sleepers to build raise beds and a polytunnel.

Failing that, a decent new camera to record my "rake's progress" as we tame this new garden and encourage wildlife to take up residence or come and feed.
