Courgette bake

Did some pasta, al dente, fried onions courgettes, cut up finely, mushrooms, with garlic and mixed herbs just to soften. One tin of toms, mixed it together added some spinach, didn't cook it just placed on top, from the allotment of course, the grated some cheese on top, and put in the oven for about 15 - 20 mins.  It tastes good, and healthy and used some courgettes.  Will have some tomorrow and freeze some for the vegetarians.  Cheap meal so quite pleased, the courgettes are growing well, but we do need some rain for the poor dried up runner beans.
