Discovering Watercress

I needed to weed my onion bed as you couldn't see the onions. Merrily weeding away and thought I smelt something familiar. Then it came to me, watercress.
There was loads of it growing. I remembered that the year before last we had a box of watercress growing in one corner. The box collapsed and I imagine the watercress set itself in the soil. Bought home a massive bag that has now been turned into a delicious soup. Good spoils today.
