Starting to notice the first elderflower blooms opening around here   :toothy10:
I can't wait to make some elderflower cordial and 'champagne' :icon_cheers:

Ours are up and open and I'm on the second batch of cordial.  I might freeze some this year for a treat later on..
Moved to Portugal - ain't going back!

Lucky you, tastes soooo good. I'm hoping to have a bit of space to freeze some this year too  :happy7:

It's always surprising, although it is fairly mild here that hedgerows and trees are always later sprouting and flowering in the spring!

Yet,it's been exciting times for Jude and I as we've been cycling down all these country alleys near our new home in Dorset,makes a change from concrete to be going thru mud and horse poo,spotted some potential elderflower,blackberry,to exploit soon.
