one eyed cold?

Hello all
as you know ive got a new flock of three sussex bantam hens and one of them has had a watery eye for a week now. She also has always had a hoarse sounding voice. shes bright and active and eating fine but im concerned.
Ive been looking around on the internet and theres this thing called a one eyed cold.
I'm new to hen keeping and am worried that this might be what this is, has anyone had simular and if so what did it look like and what did you do?
