This is the Fifth batch of Tomato sauce base on the go.  Our own tomatoes, onions, garlic, basil, such a shame we can’t grow black pepper or live by the sea to produce our own sea salt!  Freeze in those very useful plastic trays from the takaway and they will live in the bottom of the freezer until required.  Cheers, Tony.
